Sales Tax
All sales that are shipped to the State of Missouri address  will be charged 7.90% state sales tax at time of check-out. Orders shipped outside the State of Missouri are not subject to sales tax.

Warranty

DSA Spinners Warranty: As of January 1, 2006 DSA has gone to 18-gauge, 304 Stainless Steel and DSA spinners will never rust!

DSA has an UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY against rusting on ALL of DSA Wind Spinners  Look for the “DSA” sign of quality when you buy a wind spinner. If someone tells you their wind spinners are stainless steel, check the wind spinner with a magnet. If the magnet sticks, there is probably iron in the wind spinner and it will eventually rust. DSA are Made in USA & are 100% Stainless Steel. If your DSA Wind Spinner Rust please contact us.

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped UPS, FEDEX, USPS with Delivery Confirmation. We maintain most items in our inventory and will do our best to ship within 24 - 36 business hours after receiving your order. Once shipped you should receive your order within 3-5 business days depending on your shipping address.  Depending on circumstances we may from time to time select other carriers. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your total at check-out.  Shipping charges are based on number of items purchased, their size, and weight. At this time we are unable to fill or ship orders outside the United States of America.

We accept all of the above forms through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to utilize their payment service.  All payments are in U.S. Dollars only. No checks or COD orders will be accepted.

All customer information including but not limited to name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address is solely for the purpose of billing the customer.  All accounts will remain secure at all times and will never by any means be shared with a third party.

Damaged Products
We take great pride & precautions to assure that all orders arrive at their destination in their original condition.  However, there are times that merchandise may be damaged during shipping.  If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of product. You must receive a return authorization from us before returning any damaged product. We will be more than happy to replace the damaged  item upon our receipt of the original damaged product.
